Invalid display colors
Hello, it's me again) After many trials (!!!) to create my own firmware, a new problem arised: after rooting, my display became defective: many colors are displayed incorrectly.
For example: - blue = yellow
- yellow = blue
- green = blue
But the other colors are displayes correctly. (black = black, white=white, etc...).
Why is it like that?
Also, I tried to repack Tim's firmware, but situation did not change. If I take a packed version of a firmware, colors are displayed normally, if not, they aren't.

nono, you've not understood me: I've tried to JUST re-pack (without changes) Tim6 and sl0's firmwares (firmware-discovery; system.tar, data.tar) -> but it installing with defective colors. If I will take that the same firmware and install it without repacking, colors will be normal.
Please, wait some, and I'll take you photos and screenshots.

Maybe problem in system rights (make a CHROOT)? (I have a LINUX UBUNTU).

I wouldn't think permissions would make much difference to colours, if the permissions weren't set right then the chances are it would either bootloop or fc.
Try it in windows using 7zip and see if you get the same result, I've certainly not experienced the issue

Oh, I tried Windows: winrar+7zip and Linux: PeaZIP, Ark.
Everywhere result is equally.

Yes, I also had this "color error" when I wrong installed busybox. (System files which are in /system/bin and xbin folders are replacing).

If you can't answer, please, just describe your method of firmware repacking.

That is very odd, I use the following
7zip in Windows to add, delete and repack
SQLite to edit scripts and DB's for GScript and Luncher Pro
Notepad++ for editing build.prop, default.prop and and .sh files
UOT and Photoshop for modding .png's in the framework and app icons
APKTool for editing framework_res.apk and any other system xml files
